Q: How did you first learn about Zyxel and what made you apply for the company? 
Chi: I was looking for a career and not just a job and my sister-in-law Thoa who is the Operations Department Back Office Manager mentioned that there was an opening for a Sales Coordinator. I like helping salespeople and seeing them grow and I like spreadsheets, so this is a no-brainer for me, and I immediately applied. Plus, she also mentioned the longevity of the employees, and that also attracted me. Luckily, I was hired.

Q: What makes you stay with the company? What does your job entail?
Chi: The number one factor that makes me stay with the company is the family atmosphere and a team-oriented environment. The company is big on work-life balance, and everybody works as a team with one goal to make the company grow.

Q: What makes you stay with the company? What does your job entail?
Chi: My job entails inside sales. Basically, I'm the middleman for internal and external teams, and help customers with their sales inquiries. I also maintain close relationships with distributors.

Q: What's your favorite part of working at Zyxel? 
Chi: The family atmosphere where the executives are sensitive to their employees’ needs and building a safe environment for us.

Q: What motivates you to wake up and go to work? 
Chi: Aside from keeping a roof on our heads and food on the table, it's the camaraderie and positive attitude of the employees. We are not just co-workers we are also friends.

Q: How has Zyxel helped you in your career development?
Chi: Zyxel continues to motivate me to learn more, and this is important for my career.

Q: Tell us something most people would be surprised to learn about you? 
Chi: I love to cook and am also a chef.

Q: What is the one thing you can’t live without? 
Chi: I can't live without a heart, literally and metaphorically.
